Apprenticeships

Apprentices at Leo Lynch have an opportunity to work among some of the most skilled people in the industry. We are always on the lookout for self-starters with a strong work ethic, and good communication and organisation skills.

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, apprentices are awarded a Further Education and Training Awards Council (FETAC) National Craft Certificate. This certificate has national and international recognition and is a compulsory requirement for craftsperson status.

Graduate Programme

The objective of our graduate programme is to offer a fast track to a high-performance career. Graduates will undertake challenging assignments, gain experience on major projects for high-profile clients, and have exposure to all parts of our business. In addition, they receive a mentor to guide them through their journey. We offer graduate opportunities in engineering, quantity surveying, project and construction management, quality assurance, health and safety, and accounting, among others.

Leadership programme

Leo Lynch is invested in building the leaders of the future – for our business and the wider industry. We provide ongoing learning and support to our people with the skills and appetite to advance into leadership positions.

In particular, we value team building skills, with a focus on strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, confident decision making, influencing and team management, risk management and commercial acumen. For all employees, we offer our DCM platform, which provides customised bite-sized courses and modules designed to support and develop their careers at Leo Lynch and beyond.
